Last Friday we had our first wildlife trip of the season and what a trip it was! The sea was beautifully calm and the wildlife was plentiful!
We spotted tonnes of Common Seals basking on the rocks and seabirds, including Great-Northern Divers, Razorbill, Guillemots and Tysties (aka. Black Guillemots). There was also plenty of Red Deer on the islands, as well as not one, but two White-Tailed Eagles.
The picture below shows the white-tailed eagles sat on the nearby island, giving our guests on board some fantastic views.
Through the clear water we also spotted Sea Urchins and Starfish!
Plus don’t forget about our three world-famous whisky distilleries which we pass on route as well as the historical Dunyvaig Castle ruins.
We’re very excited for the season ahead and we hope to see you all on board!!
