You will receive a full refund or future credit if a cancellation request has been received at least 48 hours before the activity.
If the cancellation is after this 48hour cut off, no refund will be given, however you may be able to rearrange your booking to an alternative date. Re-bookings are subject to availability and at our discretion.
If Islay Sea Adventures has to cancel a trip for any reason, all passengers booked will be given a full refund, even when under 48hrs before your scheduled trip. Please be aware that we need the boat to be at least half full to make it viable for a trip to go ahead. This means unfortunately if we do not have enough passengers booked on we may need to cancel within a 24 hour period. All trips are also liable to cancellation due to weather conditions, primarily wind speed and direction.
